House Rules – Coastal Apartments Zadar
Dear Guests, welcome to Coastal Apartments Zadar. These House Rules have been created to ensure you enjoy a pleasant, safe, and relaxing stay. By confirming your reservation, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these House Rules and agree to comply with them throughout your stay.
Stay and Check-in
Check-in is available from 2:30 PM to 10:00 PM on the day of arrival. If you expect to arrive after 10:00 PM, please inform us in advance. Check-out is by 10:00 AM on the day of departure. Upon arrival, all guests are required to present a valid identity card or passport for the mandatory registration in the Croatian eVisitor system.
House Rules – Safety and Protection of Property
Please take care of your personal belongings and valuables. The host cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage, or theft.
Before leaving the apartment, please make sure to:
- lock all doors and windows
- switch off all lights
- turn off electrical appliances
- ensure all taps are fully closed
- close parasols and awnings.
In exceptional circumstances (such as strong winds, severe weather, or other emergencies), the host may enter the apartment to prevent damage. You will be informed at the earliest possible opportunity.
Peace and Quiet
Please observe the quiet hours from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM. During your stay, please be considerate of other guests staying in neighbouring apartments and help maintain a peaceful and pleasant environment for everyone.
Use of the Accommodation
The accommodation service may be used exclusively by registered guests, including children, as stated in the reservation confirmation. The use of the accommodation service, including overnight stay, by persons not listed in the reservation confirmation is not permitted. Thank you for your understanding.
House Rules – Prohibited Activities
- Bringing firearms, explosives, or flammable materials into the apartment is prohibited.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited. Smoking is permitted only on the balcony, where an ashtray is provided.
- Parties and events are not permitted.
- Please treat the furniture and equipment with care. Indoor furniture and furnishings (including chairs and tables from the kitchen and living room) must not be moved to the balcony, garden, or another accommodation unit.
- The use of cryptocurrency mining equipment is strictly prohibited.
House Rules – Maintenance and Damages
During their stay, guests take care of keeping the accommodation tidy, unless otherwise agreed with the host. Final cleaning is carried out by the host after the guests’ departure.
On the day of departure, please dispose of your rubbish in the designated bins, make sure you have not left any personal belongings behind, switch off all electrical appliances, and return the keys to the host.
If any damage occurs during your stay, you are required to notify the host immediately and compensate for the cost of the damage before checking out.
In the event of serious or repeated breaches of these House Rules, we reserve the right to terminate the accommodation service without refund of any amounts paid.
