Terms of accommodation services
Reservation for Apartment Lila
Accommodation reservations are made exclusively via email. Upon accepting the reservation offer, the guest must fully agree to the booking conditions, which they have reviewed beforehand.
When booking the selected accommodation, the guest pays a 30% non-refundable deposit via bank transfer within 5 business days, with the remaining balance to be paid 45 days before arrival, unless otherwise agreed in the offer.
The guest can only make payments via bank transfer.
Upon receiving the deposit, Coastal Apartments Zadar sends the guest a booking confirmation.
Accommodation
Check-in at Apartment Lila is possible from 14:00 to 22:00 on the day of arrival. Arrivals after 22:00 must be announced in advance. The guest must vacate the accommodation by 10:00 on the day of departure.
Pets are not allowed.
The accommodation service can only be used by the number of registered guests, including children, as stated in the booking confirmation.
Cancellations
If the guest cancels the reservation, Coastal Apartments Zadar will retain the following amount from the total booking price:
- cancellation more than 45 days before arrival – 30% of the total booking price
- cancellation between 45 and 35 days before arrival – 50% of the total booking price
- cancellation between 35 and 16 days before arrival – 80% of the total booking price
- cancellation from 15 days before arrival or in case of no-show – 100% of the total booking price is retained.
If the guest is unable to travel on their reserved dates, they may change the travel date once to another available date within the same or lower price range or modify the names of the travelers.
All guests are required to have valid personal travel documents. They are used solely for client registration and for that purpose only.
If Coastal Apartments Zadar need to cancel a previously booked accommodation due to unusual or unforeseen circumstances, we are obligated to refund the amount paid for the reservation to the guest.
Guest guidelines
The guest is responsible for ensuring they personally meet the requirements set by the regulations of the Republic of Croatia and the country they are traveling through, as well as adhering to the house rules at Coastal Apartments Zadar.
Any damage incurred is the guest’s responsibility, and the related costs must be covered on-site.
