Reservation Terms
These reservation terms state that accommodation reservations are made exclusively via email. By accepting the reservation offer, the guest acknowledges that they have read the House rules and the Booking Terms and Conditions in advance and have accepted them in their entirety.
When booking the selected accommodation, the guest pays a 30% non-refundable deposit via bank transfer within 5 business days, with the remaining balance to be paid 45 days before arrival, unless otherwise agreed in the offer. The guest can only make payments via bank transfer. Upon receiving the deposit, Coastal Apartments Zadar sends the guest a booking confirmation.

Accommodation
Check-in is available from 2:30 PM to 10:00 PM on the day of arrival. Arrivals after 22:00 must be announced in advance. The guest must vacate the accommodation by 10:00 on the day of departure.
Pets are not allowed.
The accommodation service can only be used by the number of registered guests, including children, as stated in the booking confirmation.
Cancellations
If the guest cancels the reservation, Coastal Apartments Zadar will retain the following amount from the total booking price:
- cancellation more than 45 days before arrival – 30% of the total booking price
- cancellation between 45 and 35 days before arrival – 50% of the total booking price
- cancellation between 35 and 16 days before arrival – 80% of the total booking price
- cancellation from 15 days before arrival or in case of no-show – 100% of the total booking price is retained.
If the guest is unable to travel on their reserved dates, they may change the travel date once to another available date within the same or lower price range or modify the names of the travelers.
All guests are required to present a valid ID card or passport upon arrival for the legally mandated registration in the eVisitor system. The information from these documents is used exclusively for this purpose.
If Coastal Apartments Zadar need to cancel a previously booked accommodation due to unusual or unforeseen circumstances, we are obligated to refund the amount paid for the reservation to the guest.
Guest guidelines
The guest is responsible for complying with the applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of Croatia and any transit countries. During their stay at Coastal Apartments Zadar, guests are required to follow the house rules. The house rules are displayed outside each apartment. Guests are kindly asked to read and follow them to ensure a pleasant stay for everyone.
The guest is responsible for any damage they may cause during their stay and is required to report such damage to the host immediately and cover all related costs on site.
